E n l i g h t e n H o u s e
 Enlighten Designs House is a wonderful restaurant set in the beautiful and sunny town of Hamilton. The resturant is famous for its fine wines and beautiful palette of colours and for it's use of Kingfisher sea food. Maitre'D Damon Kelly says the success of the restaurant's sea food menu is owned to the Catch of Kingfisher products for the beautiful flavours and textures that they bring to the dish.
