Kingfisher MenusWelcome to the Kingfisher Restaurant of the Month section. In this section we will review a new restaurant each month so that you can view their current menu, and their use of Kingfisher products. Enlighten Designs HouseEnlighten Designs House is a wonderful restaurant set in the beautiful and sunny town of Hamilton. The resturant is famous for its fine wines and beautiful palette of colours and for it's use of Kingfisher sea food. Maitre'D Damon Kelly says the success of the restaurant's sea food menu is owned to the Catch of Kingfisher products for the beautiful flavours and textures that they bring to the dish. Enlighten Designs House is located at 13 Stanley Street, Hamilton and can be called at any time on (07) 8536060.

Chive and garlic seasoned lobster and shrimp on saffron and chervil cream

Beluga - $85.00
One ounce of fine imported caviar, served with potato fritters, blinis, creme fraiche and chives, accompanied by marinated vodkas
